# Whitelist Pool Manager

### Overview

Before a **Pool Manager** can tokenize assets on cSigma Atlas, their wallet must be **whitelisted by cSigma Finance**.

Whitelisting ensures that only **verified institutional participants** can create asset tokenization pools on the platform. This step is part of cSigma’s compliance and risk-management framework.

Only wallets that are explicitly whitelisted in the **Asset Tokenization Factory Contract** are permitted to create **Master Pools** and tokenize assets.

### Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for whitelisting, a Pool Manager must meet the following conditions:

* The Pool Manager must be **registered on cSigma Atlas’s Institutional Platform**.
* The Pool Manager must complete **KYB (Know Your Business) verification**.
* The Pool Manager must be approved as an **Institutional Pool Manager** within the cSigma Atlas.

Only after these requirements are satisfied can cSigma Finance whitelist the Pool Manager’s wallet address.

### Whitelisting Process

Whitelisting is performed by the **cSigma Admin** through the Institutional Platform.

#### Step 1 — Admin Login

The cSigma administrator logs into the **Institutional Platform** using authorized admin credentials.

#### Step 2 — Navigate to Tokenization

After logging in:

1. Go to the **Tokenization** section of the platform.
2. The interface displays a list of **all registered Institutional Pool Managers**.

This list includes only those entities that have successfully completed KYB verification.

#### Step 3 — Select Pool Manager

The admin selects a **Pool Manager** from the available list.

Once selected, the admin can configure the **authorized wallet address(es)** associated with that Pool Manager.

#### Step 4 — Assign Authorized Wallets

The admin defines one or more wallet addresses associated with the Pool Manager.

These wallet addresses will:

* Be **whitelisted in the Asset Tokenization Factory contract**
* Gain permission to **create Master Pools**
* Be able to **tokenize assets through the Atlas interface**

<figure><img src="https://3125893853-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Ffmxk4zctrz092V9PoVdO%2Fuploads%2FqNPdDsxCmBlPtbu0ymqM%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=e2087129-5433-48bd-a5bc-74ca43a0c0f8" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Multiple wallets can be assigned if the Pool Manager operates with **multiple wallets**.

#### Step 5 — Confirmation

Once the wallets are saved and whitelisted:

* The specified wallet addresses become **authorized Pool Manager wallets**

<figure><img src="https://3125893853-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Ffmxk4zctrz092V9PoVdO%2Fuploads%2FOl6o6UQHd3KuLx20qA9i%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=c5f85b34-e78e-44f8-90f0-a5e0b07c9101" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* These wallets can now access the **Asset Tokenization tab** to create Master Pools and tokenize assets.

### Important Notes

* Only **whitelisted wallet addresses** can create asset tokenization pools.
* Any wallet not registered by the admin will **not be able to interact with the Asset Tokenization Factory contract**.
* If a Pool Manager needs to **change or add a wallet**, the update must be performed by the **cSigma Admin**.
* Whitelisting is part of cSigma Atlas’s **institutional onboarding and compliance process** to ensure only verified entities can originate asset-backed pools.

### Role Responsibility

**cSigma Finance Responsibilities**

* Maintain the whitelist of authorized Pool Manager wallets
* Ensure only compliant entities can tokenize assets
* Manage updates or revocations of authorized wallets

This process establishes a **controlled and compliant onboarding mechanism** for asset tokenization on cSigma Atlas.
