# Whitelist Lender

### Overview

Once a **Tokenized Pool** is activated, the Pool Manager can control which lenders are allowed to participate in the pool.

This is done through the **Lender Whitelisting** mechanism.

Only **whitelisted lender wallet addresses** are permitted to interact with the pool. This includes actions such as:

* Depositing funds into the pool
* Withdrawing funds from the pool

This access control ensures that participation in the pool is limited to **approved and verified lenders**.

### Eligibility Requirements

Before a lender can be whitelisted, the lender must:

* Be **registered on the cSigma platform**
* Complete **KYC (for individuals) or KYB (for institutions) verification**
* Have at least **one wallet address associated with their account**

Only lenders that meet these requirements will appear in the Pool Manager’s lender management interface.

### Lender Whitelisting Process

#### Step 1 — Select Tokenized Pool

The Pool Manager logs into the **Institutional Platform** and navigates to the **Asset Tokenization** section.

The Pool Manager then selects the **Tokenized Pool** for which lenders need to be authorized.

#### Step 2 — Open Manage Lenders

Inside the selected pool, the Pool Manager navigates to the **Manage Lenders** tab.

This section displays a list of all **KYC/KYB verified lenders available on the platform**.

#### Step 3 — Add Lender to Whitelist

The Pool Manager selects a lender from the list and adds their **wallet address** to the whitelist.

Once added:

* The wallet address becomes **authorized to interact with the pool**
* The lender can **invest and withdraw funds from the pool**

#### Step 4 — Multiple Wallet Support

A lender may operate using multiple wallet addresses.

The Pool Manager can whitelist **multiple wallet addresses for the same lender**, allowing the lender to participate using any of the approved wallets.

#### Step 5 — Remove Wallet from Whitelist

The Pool Manager can also **remove wallet addresses from the whitelist** at any time.

Once removed:

* The wallet will **no longer be able to interact with the pool**
* The wallet cannot deposit new funds or withdraw from the pool

This allows Pool Managers to maintain **full control over lender participation**.

### Access Control Rules

The following rules apply to lender access:

* Only **whitelisted wallets** can interact with the pool.
* Wallets that are not whitelisted cannot deposit or withdraw.
* Pool Managers can add or remove wallets from the whitelist at any time.

### Important Notes

* Whitelisting is done **per Tokenized Pool**.
* A lender may be whitelisted in one pool but **not in another pool**.
* Multiple wallets can be authorized for a single lender.
* Removing a wallet from the whitelist immediately **revokes its interaction permissions**.

### Role Responsibility

**Pool Manager Responsibilities**

* Select and approve lenders allowed to participate in the pool
* Maintain the whitelist of lender wallet addresses
* Manage addition or removal of lenders when required

**cSigma Platform Responsibilities**

* Ensure only whitelisted wallets can interact with pool contracts
* Maintain verification status of lenders (KYC/KYB)
* Enforce access control at the protocol level

This process allows Pool Managers to maintain **controlled and compliant lender participation** while ensuring only verified participants can access tokenized investment opportunities.
